Our complex is made up of several different blocks in the heart of Ayia Napa to satisfy all visitors. The famous historical centre of Ayia Napa, night spots, restaurants, supermarkets and shopping centers are all within walking distance from the complex and approximately 15 minutes walk from the harbor “Limanaki”, making it the perfect place to be!

LOCATION

Our Complex is so very near the centre yet far enough away from the noise and disturbance of the clubs. As we are so centrally located we attract young and lively individuals wishing to be near the action packed night life of Ayia Napa! Although earlier and later on in the season it is perfect for couples, young & older people and families. Clubs, bars, restaurants and shops are all within a few minutes walking distance whereas the nearest beach (LIMANAKI) is approximately 20 minutes walking distance and the most famous ‘NISSI BEACH’ is approximately 30 minutes walking distance or a short taxi ride away! Taxi’s can be ordered from our reception desk.

Directions from Larnaca Airport

From Larnaca airport get onto the highway and follow the signs for Paralimni and Ayia Napa.
Keep going on straight pass the first exit sign for Ayia Napa until you find a large roundabout.
At the roundabout turn right and take the 2nd exit, keep going until you find another roundabout.
Turn right and take the 3rd exit.
Go straight and at the bottom of the road turn right.
Follow the road (it’s a one way street) and then take the 3rd turning on your right, follow the road and at the top you will find us!
